Mission MYCELIA

Unusual changes have been detected in fungi across Bolzano. The fungi are still alive and continue to grow, but some of their abilities are no longer functioning properly.

MYCELIA was established to investigate: a mobile research unit that collects fungal spores at different locations around Bolzano and examines their genetic functions. As of today, you are part of the field team.

Your mission

Collect fungal spores, follow the mobile laboratory’s findings, and discover which abilities are affected and what connects the individual cases.

Starting point

Your first sample is waiting at the South Tyrol Museum of Nature in Bolzano. From there, the seven-stop mission leads you through the city.

Expect to decode inscriptions, piece together historical clues, and spot details that only reveal themselves when you are standing on the spot.
